Cumhuriyet International Education Journal (CUED) is an internationally refereed open access journal that has been publishing academic, universal scientific studies on education and teacher training in accordance with quantitative and qualitative criteria since 2011 and is published online four times a year (March, June, September, December). CUED may publish one special issue per year with early announcement. When submitting a study to our journal, it is important to pay attention to the characteristics of the studies excluded from the scope specified in the “Purpose and Scope”.

1- Cumhuriyet International Education Journal publishes articles in TURKISH and ENGLISH. Since the author(s) are responsible for the language quality of the studies, authors may, if they wish, receive assistance from some institutions that provide language correction services. Studies with language problems are returned to the authors.
2- TR Index Journal Evaluation Criteria has changed for 2020, and “Ethics Committee Approval” is requested for articles in all branches of science, including social sciences. Therefore, “Ethics Committee Approval” must be obtained for all studies submitted to our journal. Studies without ethics committee approval will not be included in the evaluation process. (Please do not send National Education Research Permits as ethics committee permission.) If your study does not require an ethics committee, you must upload a statement to the system stating that it does not require ethics permission. If the name of the study does not match the ethics committee name, your ethics committee permission will not be accepted.
3- It is important that articles are written in accordance with the article writing templates on the journal's homepage. We kindly request that our authors take the relevant templates into consideration when submitting articles to our journal.
4- In article submissions, the name, institution and similar information belonging to the person that may harm the evaluation process by revealing the identities of the persons should be deleted from the file and the file should be uploaded to the system.
5- When articles are uploaded to the DergiPark system, the entry of article metadata is of great importance. In this context, the abstract and keywords in both the Turkish and English parts of the studies, as well as the relevant sections and bibliography, should be entered into the system completely at the beginning.

6- All documents you send to the journal must be signed with wet signatures, scanned and uploaded in pdf format. Signed documents that are not wet signatures, images or attachments will never be accepted.

7- The full text of the article should be in word format and all other documents should be uploaded in pdf format.
