Dr. Mehmet Akif Erdener is an assistant professor of Educational Leadership at the Necatibey School of Education, Balıkesir University. He received MEd. in Administration & Supervision and Ph.D. degrees in Educational Leadership from Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina, the US in 2009 and 2013, respectively. His current research interests include home-school and community partnership, organizational theories, school management, teacher motivation, and education policies.
