Dr. Galip KARTAL is an Assistant Professor in the English Language Teaching Department at Necmettin Erbakan University, Konya, Turkey. He received his M.A. in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) from Hacettepe University, Turkey. He holds a PhD degree on English Language Teaching with a specific focus on the use of technology in foreign language teaching.His research interests mainly cover: the design and applications of innovative language learning & teaching techniques, and second language teacher education
