Bio
Dr. Moanes H. Tibi holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn in Germany. He earned his Ph.D. from Bar-Ilan University. Dr. Tibi has been lecturing in this field since 1995 and has served as the head of the Computer Science Department at Beit Berl College (2012-2016). Over the years, he has written various articles and books, participated in national and international Conferences, participated in and headed projects associated both with integrating IT into teaching and with the development of online teaching and learning environments. His principal fields of research and interest include developing teaching and learning models in online environments, and exploring the effect of information technologies on teaching and learning among students and on society in general. Lately, He has been taking an interest in computer science teaching programs for young people.
