Abstract
Gelişimsel rehberlik modelinin ‘esneklik’ ilkesinin gereği Kapsamlı Gelişimsel Rehberlik Programı KGRP her eğitim kurumunun yapısı ve öğrencilerinin ihtiyacına göre tasarlanır. KGRP’de uygulamalara yön vermesi, kılavuzluk yapması için politikasının belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Polis Akademisinde tasarlanan KGRP’nın politikasının nasıl belirlendiği, hangi kriterlerin göz önünde bulundurulduğunu paylaşmaktır. Ayrıca ekte okuyucuya Polis Akademisi Güvenlik Bilimleri Fakültesi için tasarlanan KGRP’nin politikası Türkçe ve İngilizce olarak sunulmuştur
Abstract
Comprehensive Developmental Guidance Program CDGP , is designed according to the educational institutions’ structure and students’ needs, because of the flexibility principal of developmental guidance model. Policies should be determined in order to guide and shape applications of CDGP. The objective of this study is to share how policies have been determined and which criteria have been taken into consideration in the CDGP, which is designed in Police Academy. Additionally, Policy of CDGP designed for the Police Academy Faculty of Security Sciences, is presented to the readers both in Turkish and English
