PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMANLARIN PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMADA ŞİİR KULLANIMINA YÖNELİK GÖRÜŞLERİ

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı, psikolojik danışmanların psikolojik danışmada şiir kullanımına yönelik görüşlerini açığa çıkarmaktır.

Araştırma sürecinde şiirle okuma ya da yazma düzeyinde ilgili olma kriterine göre ve kolay ulaşılabilir çalışma grubu yöntemi ile dört psikolojik danışmana ulaşılmıştır. Böylece derinlemesine ve ayrıntılı bilgi toplamak amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilmiş olan Psikolojik Danışman Görüşme Formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Görüşmeler, içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.

Sonuçta, psikolojik danışmanlar, doğaçlama ya da planlı bir şekilde psikolojik danışma sürecinde şiir kullandıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Buna ek olarak, psikolojik danışmanlar, psikolojik danışma sürecinde şiir kullandıklarında, danışanlarının sosyal ve kişisel boyutta (sosyal beceri, etkili iletişim, benlik saygısı vb.) kazanım elde ettiklerini gözlediklerini de dile getirmişlerdir.
