Biyografi
Murat Duran was born in Amasya, Turkey in 1984. He has started his undergraduate education in Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University, Education Faculty Primary Mathematics Teaching Department in 2002, and he gets a bachelor's degree for education in 2006. He has started master's studies in Erzincan University, Institute of Science, Primary Mathematics Education in 2009, and he has awarded a master's degree for mathematics education in 2011. He has started doctoral studies in Erzurum Atatürk University, Educational Sciences Institute Mathematics Education Department in 2013, and he has awarded a doctoral degree for mathematics education in 2018. Areas of work include visual mathematics literacy, mathematical metacognition awareness, argumentation, and pedagogical content knowledge. The topics of study are function, limit, derivative and integral at the high school and college levels while predominantly probability and fraction at the middle school level.
